Dream and synchronicity logs, without the guru

Dream dictionaries hand you someone else's symbols. A log builds your own, which is the only set that's ever accurate about you.
Capture beats interpretation. Keep the page within arm's reach and write for sixty seconds before you check your phone: images, people, one feeling word. Grammar is not the point. Legibility barely is.
Do the same with coincidences. Date, time, what happened, and — this is the part people skip — what you were thinking about right before. Half of synchronicity is attention, and the log is how you tell the difference between a pattern and a mood.
Review monthly, not nightly. Patterns are invisible up close. Tally repeated symbols, numbers, names and places, and circle anything that shows up three times or more.
You don't have to decide whether it's the subconscious or the universe. The log doesn't care, and it works either way.
