- What exactly am I buying?
- Your pick. Every journal comes as a printable PDF you download instantly, or as a real printed paperback shipped to your door. Bundles come both ways too. We also sell merch: tees, hoodies, totes and stickers.
- How fast do I get it?
- Digital files arrive right after checkout, on screen and by email. Printed books are made to order and usually ship within about a week, plus delivery time. Merch is printed when you order and usually ships in 2–7 business days.
- Can I get a printed book instead of printing it myself?
- Yes. On any journal or bundle page, choose the printed copy. You get a perfect-bound US Letter paperback on premium paper with the same cover art, and light pages that ordinary pens write on easily. Shipping is included in the price, and you also get the PDF so you can start while it's on the way.
- Where do printed books ship?
- The US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
- How do I track my order?
- You'll get an email with tracking once your printed book or merch ships. If something seems stuck, use the form below and we'll chase it down.
- What about merch sizing and care?
- Tees and hoodies are unisex and run true to size; size up for a slouchy fit. The artwork is printed into the fabric, so wash cold inside out and tumble dry low. Totes and stickers are one size.
- Can I print the PDF more than once?
- Yes. One purchase, unlimited prints for your own use. Please don't resell it or hand out the file — we're a very small operation.
- What size paper?
- The PDFs are laid out for both US Letter and A4, with margins that survive spiral binding and three-hole punching. Printed books are US Letter.
- Refunds?
- Digital files can't be returned, but if a file is broken or isn't what the page described, we'll fix it or refund it. Printed books and merch are made just for you, so we can't take returns for a change of mind. If yours arrives damaged, misprinted or the wrong item, send us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it free.
- Is this therapy?
- No. These are reflection and organization tools. They don't diagnose, treat, or cure anything, and they're not medical or legal advice. If you're in crisis, contact a professional or your local emergency line.
